The House says...
After losses against Leicester and Tottenham, Manchester City finally got their season started with a resounding 5-0 win against Norwich. Jack Grealish started and scored in his Home debut. The news still surrounds on City's pursuit for a center forward. Harry Kane himslef confirmed that he will be staying at Spurs this season. However, at the time of writing, there have been reports that Ronaldo to City is already a done deal. Not a bad replacement for Kane.
Arsenal have lost their first 2 league matches against newly-promoted side Brentford and against fellow London side Chelsea. They did won 6-0 against West Brom in the EFL Cup with Aubameyang and Lacazette both starting. Newly signing Martin Odegaard also started and played well. But now back in the Premier League where their next match is against the defending champions.
No Kane or no Ronaldo, City are still the better team than Arsenal. The latter's win against West Brom was much-needed but I think it wouldn't matter. The last time Arsenal went to Etihad Stadium and won was more than 6 years ago and I think that will continue. It also did not help that Arsenal played late Wednesday and will play early Saturday, and against the defending the champions no less. It might look a big handicap, but it really is not. I am backing Manchester City here.
