After Norrkoping led 2-0 after 56 minutes, Ostersunds replied through winger Blair Turgott in the 73rd minute and defender Thomas Poppler-Isherwood in the 79th to share the spoils with the hosts.
Before that nervy draw, Ostersunds won 1-0 at AIK, 2-0 at home over Kalmar, 1-0 at Elfsborg and 2-1 at home over Falkenberg.
