Valencia vs Arsenal Betting Tips
Arsenal are a different side away from home and they seem to struggle on their road trips.  Valencia have been fantastic at home in both La Liga and the Europa League so we fancy the hosts grabbing a win here.
Valencia handed Huesca a 6-2 walloping in La Liga last weekend and should fancy their chances here. We are tipping them to win 3-1 here to bring this tie to extra time and we are tipping the Spanish team to go through on penalties.

Valencia vs Arsenal Betting Preview
Valencia did grab a vital away goal in the first leg, though they were eventually beaten 3-1. To say that Valencia have a mountain to climb would be somewhat of an understatement.

Valencia aren’t short of attacking quality, so they’ll fancy themselves to turn things around on their own patch, though their previous efforts at Mestalla in this competition haven’t been overly impressive. They could only manage a 1-0 victory against Celtic, while they beat Krasnodar by a single-goal margin too. During the previous round, Valencia beat Villarreal 2-0 at this venue. A repeat of that score-line here would be enough for the Bats, though they had the benefit of holding a first-leg lead against their compatriots, which allowed them to sit back and play on the break. On this occasion, they need to find at least 2 goals in normal time to keep this tie alive so we are probably expecting them to attack straight from kick off.

The way that Arsenal went away to Napoli in the previous round and nullified their hosts should worry Valencia. Unai Emery’s men held a 2-goal advantage in that tie as well ahead of that second leg and they used it to their advantage, as they remained disciplined defensively before pouncing on the break.

Despite their 2 goal deficit, Valencia should carry some hope into this tie based on Arsenal’s previous away games in the knockout rounds, given the fact that they fell to a 1-0 defeat at BATE and a 3-1 defeat at Rennes in the previous 2 away games before that win at Napoli.
