The Conspiracy Theorist says...
PSG will try to overcome a 1 goal deficit when they welcome Borussia Dortmund at the Parc des Princes behind closed doors. After Erling Haland's first goal late in the second half,  the French champions leveled through Neymar, but lost their chances once again after BVB's young star once again fired a shot from outside box to restore their lead.
Dortmund are on a 5-match winning streak at the moment, but it will be interesting to see whether they can replicate their home form on the road as they have had a bit of a trouble with away games entering the new year (2 losses in the last 5).
Thomas Tuchel's side, on the other hand, haven't lost at home since September of last year, and it was Dortmund who actually dealt their first loss in the last 27 games.
Both sides play a very fast-paced style of attacking football, and PSG will try to score a quick one that would give them an away goal advantage. However, dont' count out the visitors here as Haland will once again look to add to his string of incredible performances for the club. Taking advantage of the 3.5 goal line is a good bet.

Paris Saint Germain aim to overhaul a 2-1 deficit when they battle Borussia Dortmund at Parc des Princes in the second leg of their Champions League round-of-16 tie on Thursday. This game will be played behind closed doors due to the spread of the coronavirus across Europe. Predictions and odds for this Paris Saint Germain vs Borussia Dortmund match are available.

The French champions suffered a 2-1 loss at Dortmund in the first leg as striker Erling Haland scored a brace including the clinching goal for the Germans in the 77th minute after Neymar had leveled the count in the 75th.

PSG have been ousted in the last-16 in each of the last three seasons, losing to AC Milan in 1995, to Barcelona in 2015 and Real Madrid in 2018.

But Neymar’s away goal in the first leg is crucial as Paris Saint Germain try to turn things around at Parc des Princes.

Before this match against Dortmund, Thomas Tuchel’s squad have posted three consecutive domestic wins, two at home in Ligue 1 and one away in the Coupe de France.

Borussia Dortmund, meanwhile, have won three straight Bundesliga matches since beating PSG underscoring their soaring confidence before heading to Tottenham.

Die Borussen’s latest victory 2-1 at Borussia Monchengladbach enabled them to stay four points behind league leaders and defending champions Bayern Munich.

In addition, Lucien Favre’s side are on a five-game winning streak in all competitions whist keeping clean sheets in three of those fixtures.

On four occasions when they won the first leg of a knockout game, Borussia Dortmund managed to advance to the next stage. However, Dortmund were beaten in each of their last five away Champions League knockout games. They last won way in 2014 against Zenit St. Petersburg 4-2. Also, Dortmund have not been able to get past the last-16 since 2017.
